Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark chocolate

  • 150 g butter

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

  • 3 tbsp Özçiğdem Nuts chickpea flour (leblebi powder)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a square or rectangular baking pan.

  2. Melt the chocolate using the bain-marie method, add butter and stir until melted.

  3. In another bowl, whisk sugar and eggs, then add the chocolate mixture.

  4. Add flour, chickpea flour, salt, and vanilla, mix until smooth.

  5. Pour into the baking pan, bake for 25–30 minutes.

  6. Let it cool at room temperature, then slice and serve.
